From Nuoro simply take the clearway” S.S. 131 bis” towards Siniscola and then take the clearway to Bitti at the Bitti junction. From Cagliari and Oristano take the S.S. 131 and then change into the “S.S.131 bis” to Nuoro, at Abbasanta. Go towards Olbia and take the clearway to Bitti at the Bitti junction.
