Rooms and room service. The hotel has 15 rooms, all of them renovated and restored in accordance with the Sardinian style. Inside them every detail - ancient beds, curtains, carpets – is finely and carefully chosen and, being pregnant of local culture, reminds of a past atmosphere. From the top of Bitti, the rooms look onto a landscape full of suggestiveness and fascination allowing a feeling in the visitor, which enhances the pleasant memory of the journey.

Apart from bathroom, telephone, TV, mini-bar, several extra comforts make the rooms more precious, like the pleasant and original breakfast served in the room.

Restaurant. At Su Lithu restaurant, thanks to the passion and vocation of the owners, it is possibile to devote yourself to “gastronomic archaeology operations” and celebrate the best cuisine of a side of Sardinia. Courses and recipes, with names often unintelligible, are illustrated by Dario Giovanetti and his wife Susana. Among them sa cordedda, braided lamb entrails boiled and then flavoured in an earthenware saucepan, together with tomato and herbs; or sas casattinas, sour cheese tarts with parsley baked in the oven; or su pistizzone cun anzone, soup with lamb and a number of herbs, which is best appreciated the day after preparation, when it cools down and takes on the consistency of a mountain couscous.

And there is more. You will also get the opportunity to taste many more ancient flavours belonging to the local gastronomic tradition, like the hand-made bran pasta, various wild herb soups and a large variety of roast meats, seasoned with fragrant aromatic plants which perfectly match with the crumbly pane carasau. And finally come the most traditional sweets with toppings of superior honey and many more delicious things made of almonds and icing which go well with a healthy “Bruschette”, the plateau shepherds’ traditional wine.

The restaurant is available to customers for wedding receptions and other events. For further information, visitors are requested to go to the Service page.
